At Robert Sheridan & Partners Property Group (RS&P), we are concentrating funds and resources into buying distressed houses in distressed Chicago neighborhoods. We then totally renovate them and provide first time buyers with restored, energy saving homes. We bring the houses to life and the houses do the same for the neighborhoods.

Rehabbing isn’t the solution.

Rehabbers typically slap on a coat of paint, add carpet and maybe new appliances. But other than cosmetics, it’s still the same old house. At RS&P, our business model calls for something completely different.

We bring old houses into the 21st century. We install energy saving heating systems and appliances. We insulate inside the walls and between floors. We update plumbing and electrical systems and add premium energy saving windows. On the outside, it might look like a classic 1920's Chicago home, but inside it's 21st century modern.
